Skoda Auto India has announced price cuts across its product portfolio, passing on the benefits of the GST revisions made during the 56th GST Council meeting on September 3, 2025. The new GST rates, effective from September 22, 2025, aim to make small cars more affordable while imposing higher taxes on luxury vehicles and large hybrids.
GST Reforms 2025 – Key Changes
- Small cars (Petrol, CNG, LPG, Hybrids ≤1200cc & ≤4000mm): GST reduced from 28% to 18%
- Diesel cars (≤1500cc & ≤4000mm): GST reduced from 28% to 18%
- Luxury cars & larger hybrids: GST increased from 28% to 40%
- Imported cars: Higher IGST due to revised duty structure

- Kodiaq SUV: Up to ₹3,28,267 off
- Kylaq SUV: Up to ₹1,19,295 off
- Kushaq SUV: Up to ₹65,828 off + limited-period discount of up to ₹2.5 lakh (valid till Sept 21)
- Slavia sedan: Up to ₹63,207 off
The Skoda Kushaq, which starts at ₹10.99 lakh (ex-showroom), has received notable price reductions across its trims.

Skoda confirmed that the new GST-based prices will be effective from September 22, 2025, while customers booking before September 21 can still avail the limited-period discount offers.
